With a small and dedicated team, we get a lot of work done in a short time. No two days are the same: one day you'll coordinate maintenance projects with clients and mechanics, the next you'll switch to repairs, machine development, or custom projects within the workshop.
For our growing company, we are looking for a Workshop Manager who can maintain an overview, switch quickly, and ensure the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently.
What will you do?
As Workshop Manager, you are the central point of contact within the workshop. Your duties include:
- Drawing up and monitoring the planning in the workshop
- Ensuring an efficient flow of machines and work
- Managing and supporting mechanics
- Coordination with customers and colleagues
- Monitoring quality, order, and safety in the workshop
- Switching quickly and maintaining an overview within a dynamic work environment
